From our website and our SVEC App for iPhone and Android, we offer an online portal where you can pay your bill, view your balance, report a power outage, as well as manage your account. If you would like to use this option, please specify a password and password hint below. Your password must be a combination of alpha and numeric characters. In addition to the $20.00 service fee, a deposit may also be required.  Once your account is created in our system, you will receive an email advising of the total amount due on your new account, including deposit, if applicable.  

Residential:
Deposits are determined by credit rating. Amounts vary from $0 - $400, or twice the average bill at the location, or which ever is higher.  
A co-signer or guarantor can sign for new members to avoid paying a deposit. Guarantors must have an active account for at least 13 months and no late payments. The agreement will be in effect for one year or longer. Please call your local office if you have any questions about guarantors.

**Pre-Paid Metering does not require a deposit, no statements are mailed; member responsible for maintaining minimum balance. PPM connect fee is $25 and requires an initial payment of $100, making the total to open a PPM account $125.00.

Business:
Deposits will be determined by Customer Service after the application has been received. The minimum deposit is $300 for a business location. A Letter of Credit from a bank or Surety Bond can be accepted in lieu of a cash deposit.
